We met Jordan while looking to buy our family home and thought he would be the right agent to sell our one bedroom Stanmore investment apartment being alike the buyer demographic. Very strategic agent with good understanding of the local market. Was fortunate to be contacted by Sharon at an opportune time when I was considering selling. Sharon suggested an off market campaign due to a solid data base and we were successful in selling my apartment in less than four week from signing and two weeks from the first open. She was also sensitive to the tenants as my apartment was tenanted at the time of sale. Sharon was very communicative and I believe she worked to the last minute to achieve the best price.
