Our long-time neighbours have been joined by a new wave of residents, who bring with them a fresh energy and exuberance. For young families, key attractions are Trinity Grammar and Summer Hill Public School – which consistently ranks amongst the state’s best.
The suburb is also superbly connected for commuters, with a train station, a light rail stop and numerous bus services. You’ll discover many beautifully renovated period homes throughout Summer Hill as well as a range of old and new apartments. Expect prices slightly higher than other surrounding areas, with Summer Hill at the top of the shopping list for many buyers.
